Personal Connections & Real Relationships. Everyone in this office is always nice. Unlike many other medical professional offices, the staff, especially Laura, seems to know me. Patients aren't treated like cattle; instead we're all old friends. Even the new staff members genuinely attempt to make a personal connection and get to know each patient. Minus the beer, this office is more like "Cheers" than any other dental, or even medical, office I visit. Yes, trips here are more like a visit than an exam or stereotypical dental appointment.
