Dentures/Partial Dentures

A denture is a removable dental appliance for missing teeth and adjacent tissue. Dentures can improve your speech, chewing ability, and enhance your smile and facial appearance.

Two types of dentures are available. Complete or full dentures are used when all teeth are missing, replacing every tooth in the mouth. The other type is called partial dentures. Partial dentures take the place of only a few missing teeth, and prevents the other teeth from moving or changing position.

Reasons for Dentures:

• Loss of all teeth - you would need full (complete) denture
• Loss of several teeth - you would need a partial denture
• Provide support for facial muscles
• Enhance your smile and facial appearance
• Improve chewing ability
• Improve your speech
